Base pay range $125,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr Location: West Palm Beach | 100% On-Site Salary: $125,000-140,000 Are you a strategic HR leader ready to take the reins in a fast-growing, people-first company? We’re looking for an HR Manager to lead compensation, benefits, and HR operations for a dynamic organization that just doubled in size through a major acquisition! Strong work-life balance Stability + exciting growth opportunities - position open due to internal promotion What The HR Manager Will Be Responsible For Design and manage compensation structures and wage banding Oversee benefits administration and payroll for up to 700 employees Lead HRIS updates and implementations (UKG experience preferred) Support M&A due diligence and integration Ensure compliance with multi-state HR regulations (CA experience a plus) Deliver ad hoc reporting and strategic HR insights What Are The Qualifications For The HR Manager Role 10+ years of experience in HR operations, compensation, benefits, and payroll, etc. Background in companies with 350+ employees and $500M+ in revenue Strong knowledge of HR operations and compliance Experience with UKG or similar HRIS system Multi-state HR practices highly preferred
