Senior Technical Consultant

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Technical Consultant will manage and execute customer implementations and projects, serving as a technical subject matter expert on various SaaS technologies while supporting AI initiatives within the sales engagement platform. Key responsibilities Manage and execute implementations and projects for customers Conduct detailed discovery sessions to translate CRM usage into Outreach integration functionality Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive project success Required qualifications 4-5 years of experience in a SaaS consulting role, with at least 2 years in a technical or support capacity Demonstrated ability to master new technologies and enact creative technical testing and troubleshooting processes Experience in collaborating with enterprise-level customers to solve complex integration problems Ability to communicate complex technical topics in an accessible manner for non-technical stakeholders Familiarity with AI-enabled technologies and experience configuring or supporting AI functionality #J-18808-Ljbffr Outreach Corporation
