Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Community Mental Health Location: Kingston, NY (Ulster County) Employment Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Perm Pay Rate: $33.00 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM – No nights or weekends This role is open exclusively to New York State–Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs). Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a team providing community-based mental health services in Ulster County, NY. This role supports adults with serious mental illness through a collaborative, mobile care model.
