Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

What You’ll Do Administer medications, complete medication ordering, and provide medication stock oversight for an assigned caseload of community group homes. Follow up on physician orders and contact physicians as needed, and examine individuals with medical and/or physical complaints. Assist individuals with daily living activities and during mealtimes.
