We are seeking a skilled Kafka Engineer with 5+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and supporting Apache Kafka-based data streaming and messaging solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Kafka administration, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and integrating Kafka with enterprise applications and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, configure, and maintain Apache Kafka clusters in production environments.
• Develop and support real-time streaming applications using Kafka Producers, Consumers, and Kafka Streams.
• Monitor Kafka cluster health, performance, and capacity planning.
• Configure and manage Kafka topics, partitions, replication, ACLs, and security.
• Troubleshoot Kafka performance, connectivity, and messaging issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT experience with at least 3+ years of hands-on Apache Kafka experience.
• Strong knowledge of Apache Kafka architecture and ecosystem.
• Experience with Kafka Connect, Kafka Streams, Schema Registry, and KSQL (or ksqlDB).
• Proficiency in Java, Scala, or Python for Kafka application development.
