Intelligent Automation Senior Engineer

: About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Consumer and Small Business Banking as part of Consumer Technology. The candidate will work as part of an Intelligent Automation Engineering team within Consumer Technology in the design, development and implementation of automated solutions. This is a hands-on senior developer role with strong development skills and ability to work with advanced automations using technologies like Robotic Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence, Low-code technologies like Microsoft Power Platforms, Alteryx etc. In this role, you will:

• Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
• Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
• Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
• Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
• Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
• Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 4+ years of hands-on software development experience

Desired Qualifications:

• 2+ year of UiPath Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development experience
• UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD)
• 2+ years of Agile experience
• 2+ years of Experience with Python, programming or scripting languages
• Knowledge and understanding of web systems: architecture or design
• Knowledge and understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) disciplines such as Machine Learning or Natural Language Processing
• Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• A BS/BA degree or higher in science or technology
