Renewals Sales Support Representative:On behalf of our technology client, Procom is searching for a Renewals Sales Support Representative for a 6-month role. This position is onsite at our client’s Austin, Texas office.Renewals Sales Support Representative - Job Description:The Renewals Sales Support Representative is responsible for providing comprehensive quote and sales support to the Maintenance Renewals Sales Account Manager(s). The role involves managing the renewal sales process to ensure targets are met or exceeded and maintaining accurate data in CRM systems.Renewals Sales Support Representative - Responsibilities:• Aid the Renewal Sales Account Manager in meeting or exceeding revenue targets/quotas.• Monitor expiring maintenance contracts to create a quoting schedule.• Review ERP/CRM data for quote creation preparation.• Create renewal quotes for expiring contracts 90-120 days in advance and secure necessary discount approvals.• Audit renewal quotes for accuracy before internal submission for approval.• Update CRM tool regularly with accurate opportunity attributes.• Assist with reconciliation of CRM records upon PO receipt.• Support sales cycle follow-up activities and document updates.• Identify buying influences for renewal quotes/SFDC opportunities.• Communicate challenges in the renewal quoting process to internal customers.• Provide source quoting documentation to Renewal Sales Account Manager as needed.Renewals Sales Support Representative - Mandatory Skills:• Strong work ethic and commitment to meet/exceed sales goals.• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.• Exceptional resource management, time management, and organizational skills.• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.• Strong attention to detail.• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.• Strong math and computer skills.Renewals Sales Support Representative – Nice-to-Have Skills:• Bilingual, Spanish/English preferred.• Experience in managing the administrative component of a sale from lead to invoicing.• Experience with SalesForce.com CRM system.• Experience with invoicing through Oracle ERP.• Experience in data collection and interpretation from multiple systems.Renewals Sales Support Representative – Assignment Length:This is a 6 month contract.Renewals Sales Support Representative - Start Date:ASAP.Renewals Sales Support Representative - Assignment Location:Austin, Texas, onsite.This posting is for an existing vacancy. #J-18808-Ljbffr Procom
