Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Ohio SLP license (or eligibility)
• Open to both CFY and CCC candidates
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based therapy
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Strong organizational and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech and language services to students
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams for student support
• Provide intervention and progress monitoring tailored to each child’s needs
• Attend and contribute insights during IEP meetings, parent conferences, and team discussions
