Production Worker

Watteredge is looking for a dependable and motivated Production Worker to join our manufacturing team in Avon Lake. This hands‑on position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a manufacturing environment, takes pride in quality work, and is willing to learn. What You’ll Do Operate and assist with production machinery and equipment. Perform assembly, fabrication, finishing, and other production tasks. Read and follow work instructions, job travelers, and production documentation. Use hand tools and basic measuring equipment as required. Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards. Handle and move materials throughout the production area. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace. Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing processes. Work closely with team members, leads, and supervisors. Perform additional duties as assigned. What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but we are willing to train. Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Dependable attendance and a positive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical production work.
