The Night Club Manager oversees daily operations of a busy nightlife venue, ensuring excellent customer experiences while managing staff, events, and compliance standards. Reporting directly to the owner and operations manager, this role leads a medium-sized team of 10-30 employees, focuses on local marketing efforts, and maintains smooth and profitable club operations without travel requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily staff activities to ensure efficient operations
- Deliver exceptional customer service to maintain a welcoming atmosphere
- Plan and execute events that attract and engage patrons
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and legal regulations
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in staff management
- Strong customer service skills
- Skilled in conflict resolution and problem solving
- Inventory control and scheduling expertise
- Financial management and budgeting abilities
- Marketing with an emphasis on local outreach
- Excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years in hospitality management
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Food Handler's Permit
- Alcohol Server Certification
