Nurse Practitioner - Private Gynecology Practice

We are a private gynecology practice based in Henderson, NV, led by a board-certified physician. We are looking for a dedicated, experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our small team and provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative, supportive environment. This is an opportunity to work closely with an attending physician who values clinical excellence and meaningful patient relationships. What you'll do: Conduct comprehensive well-woman exams, gynecologic evaluations, and follow-up visits Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic studies Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the supervising physician Prescribe medications and provide patient education on diagnoses, treatments, and preventive care Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EHR Build strong, trusting relationships with patients through compassionate, thorough care Participate in practice operations, quality improvement, and care coordination as needed What we're looking for: Current NP licensure in Nevada Experience in women's health or gynecology strongly preferred DEA registration and current prescriptive authority (or ability to obtain) Proficiency with EHR systems; strong clinical documentation skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — patients love feeling heard Collaborative team player who is comfortable working in a small, close-knit practice Self-directed and organized, with strong attention to detail Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, not required Benefits: Competitive, DOE Health insurance Retirement Profit-sharing plan Schedule: Full-time, in-office To apply: Please send your resume and a brief note about your clinical background and interest in this role to View email address on click.appcast.io.
