Executive Coordinator - Construction

RealREPP, a national full-service recruiting firm, is partnering with a well-established construction/engineering firm to assist in hiring an experienced Executive Coordinator! The role is located at their Matthews, NC office. Potential for long term hybrid opportunity. Responsibilities Serve as Smartsheet "superuser" for department Monitor & maintain workflows/SOPs across VDC department Assist department managers in finding process gaps & rolling out improved workflows Prepare, review & process expense reports accurately Assistant to VDC Director as needed Generate professional operations documents Facilitate department new hire onboarding, coordinating schedules, etc. Cultivate strong relationships between departments Qualifications 3+ years experience in operations coordination capacity Experience within construction industry a plus Advanced proficiency in Smartsheet (advanced work management) Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Experience supporting onboarding of new hires, HR documentation, reviewing expense reports Very strong attention to detail Effective communication skills Compensation Package Base Salary $85-95k+ (based on experience) Medical, Dental, Vision 401k w/ match 10 days vacation time 5 days sick time Opportunity for growth!
