Mid-Level Associate Attorney – Real Estate Finance A nationally respected transactional practice is seeking a mid‑level associate (4–8 years’ experience) to join its Real Estate Finance group. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high‑value commercial real estate financings within a collaborative team that represents a broad mix of lenders, investors, and real‑estate sponsors. The practice focuses on sophisticated middle‑market transactions and provides associates with meaningful responsibility, including the opportunity to take the lead on deals while working closely with experienced partners and a strong support team. You will advise lenders, investors, and borrowers on a wide range of real‑estate finance matters across the commercial property sector. The team regularly handles complex capital structures and multi‑party financings involving institutional investors, private debt funds, banks, developers, and other participants in the real estate investment market. Associates in this group gain exposure to a steady pipeline of sophisticated transactions and are encouraged to develop leadership skills by managing deal execution and maintaining direct client contact.
