Real Estate Industry Transactions – Mid‑Level Associate Goodwin seeks a highly qualified mid‑level associate (JD Class of 2023 – 2022) to join our real estate transactions practice. Candidate must have substantial experience with some combination of complex real‑estate financings (lender and/or borrower representation), joint ventures, acquisitions, and dispositions across various real‑estate asset classes (e.g., office, multi‑family, industrial, retail, hospitality). Candidates applying for attorney positions with Goodwin should have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law‑firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) required.
