Handle technology licenses and services agreements, including software as a service agreements. Conduct intellectual property and technology transaction due diligence for corporate transactions. Participate in technology transfers and distribution agreements. Requirements Experience in managing substantial components of transactions independently. Strong academic credentials and comparable law firm experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Relevant bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.
