Lawn & Landscaping Specialist – Join a Team That Takes Pride in Quality Work
Pay: Up to $22/hr (based on experience)
Locations: Springfield, IL and Girard, IL
Schedule: Full-time, some weekends

Deliver high‑quality lawn care: mowing, trimming, edging, blowing
Maintain landscape beds: mulching, weeding, planting, pruning
Safely operate professional equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers
Assist with seasonal services such as leaf removal and property cleanups
Ensure every property looks neat, polished, and customer‑ready
Experience in lawn care or landscaping (preferred)
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the day
Team‑oriented attitude and willingness to learn
Valid driver’s license
