Registered NurseUniversity Home Care Inc is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in Livonia, MI. This role involves providing high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.ResponsibilitiesPerform thorough patient assessments and document medical histories and symptoms.Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to healthcare team members and family members.Educate patients and their families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment plans.Ensure compliance with all company policies and healthcare regulations.Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all nursing activities.RequirementsValid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan.Minimum of 1 year nursing experience preferred, especially in home health care.Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.Reliable transportation to and from patient homes in Livonia and surrounding areas.BenefitsCompetitive hourly rate between $70k - $90k, a year.
