This LCSW position will be conducted remotely, providing flexible work options that promote work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to determine developmental needs and appropriate EI services.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), collaborating with families to outline targeted goals and strategies.

• Monitor the progress of children and families, adjusting support plans as necessary in response to observed outcomes and family feedback.
\n
• Provide evidence-based EI coaching and resources to families, equipping them with the tools and knowledge necessary to enhance their child’s development.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations governing EI services, maintaining accurate documentation and reporting as required.

• Foster a trusting and empathetic relationship with children and families to create a conducive learning environment.

• Utilize a coaching model and natural environment teaching techniques, effectively adapting your approach to meet individual learning styles.

• Engage with fellow team members to share insights best practices, enhancing collaborative care for each child and family.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is supporting children aged zero to three years who exhibit developmental delays or disabilities. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will work with diverse families from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, addressing the unique challenges they face. Your contribution will be pivotal in helping families navigate available resources, foster child development, and promote healthy family dynamics.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required.

• Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential issued by the Department of Public Health.

Compensation and Benefits\n
