Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment Practices to enhance child development strategies.

• Provide consultation and support to families, offering resources, skills, and guidance to help them navigate challenges effectively.

• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations while maintaining high standards for the safety and well-being of all individuals served.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to stay current with best practices in social work and early intervention.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on serving children, particularly infants and toddlers experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. Our services aim to support their growth in a holistic manner, addressing not only physical and cognitive skills but also social-emotional and communication skills. Engaging with families from diverse backgrounds, the LCSW must be adept at tailoring approaches to meet the unique needs of each child and family.

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
