Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services in both office and community settings, offering assessment, therapy, and support to clients experiencing major mental health issues and emotional disorders.

• Develop and implement individualized care plans that align with clients’ needs and preferences, ensuring access to necessary linked services.

• Conduct brief screenings and assessments to identify client needs, and facilitate referrals for more in-depth evaluations as necessary.

• Carry a manageable caseload, engaging in individual, group, and family therapy while ensuring that treatment is tailored to specific client concerns.

• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress, case management, and to improve overall treatment outcomes.

• Monitor client admissions and discharges while maintaining timely documentation of all interactions and treatment plans.

• Assist in crisis intervention efforts, providing immediate support and guidance to clients in distressed situations.

• Uphold the ethical standards and code of conduct set forth by the organization, maintaining professionalism in all interactions.

• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance clinical skills and efficacy in the treatment process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary clientele will consist of individuals grappling with substance use disorders and associated mental health challenges. In this role, you will collaborate with clients from diverse backgrounds, understanding their unique experiences, and crafting personalized strategies to promote recovery, resilience, and empowerment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution, along with a valid LCSW license.

• Expert knowledge in clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health disorders, particularly those prevalent within the substance use population.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and with diverse client populations.

• Demonstrated ability to work with individuals from varied cultural backgrounds, respecting their traditions and beliefs.

• Solid organizational skills with an emphasis on planning and time management to meet client and organizational needs effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this full-time position is competitive, ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience.
