B2B Sales & Lead Generation Partner (1099) - Uncapped Commission

We are a growing marketing and service ecosystem operating two distinct brands. As our sales representative, you will manage a diverse pipeline across both:

**1\. FirmBrite (B2B / International)** We help $1M–$20M B2B companies build predictable revenue engines. Our services range from a-la-carte projects (SEO audits, PPC setup, video production, web design) to our flagship "Motion Engine™" monthly subscription packages (Essential, Growth, Enterprise). We compete with traditional marketing agencies by offering transparent, tech-enabled results.

**2\. True Task (Local / Las Vegas Market)** We provide trusted, hands-on assistance for seniors and their families in Las Vegas, Henderson, and Boulder City. This pipeline involves B2C and B2B2C sales (partnering with senior living facilities, estate planners, and family offices).

## The Role

This is a hunter role. You'll own the full sales cycle — from outreach to closing — across both brands, building relationships with business owners, CMOs, and senior care decision-makers.

**Why this role is unique:** you get two distinct markets to sell into, and the cross-selling opportunities are significant — a local senior facility, for example, might also need FirmBrite's marketing services.

## What We Provide (Your Toolkit)

We don't throw you into the deep end. To help you win, we provide:

* **CRM access:** a full seat in our Google Workspace-based CRM (Sheets/Drive) to track your pipeline, log activities, and manage follow-ups
* **Outbound tools:** curated, high-quality lead lists delivered to you monthly, so you spend your time selling instead of hunting for contacts
* **Sales enablement:** a complete playbook with battle cards, proposal templates, case studies, and a product demo library
* **Marketing collateral:** one-pagers, slide decks, and co-branded assets ready to send to prospects
* **Support:** weekly 1-on-1 strategy calls with Keegan (your direct point of contact) and a dedicated Slack channel for real-time questions

## Compensation & Bonuses

No ramp. No base. Just uncapped earning potential — plus monthly residual income on retainer clients (details below).

* **Base commission:** 18% on every paid sale
* **Accelerator:** your commission rate increases 2.5% for every closed deal you secure, up to a 35% cap
* **Large deal bonus:** an extra 2% on any single deal valued over $5,000/month
* **Quarterly volume bonus:** close 3+ deals in a single quarter and receive a $500 cash bonus

## Critical Details

* **Recurring revenue:** for monthly retainers (e.g., Monthly SEO Management or Motion Engine subscriptions), you earn your commission rate every month for the lifetime of the client (minimum 12 months). This builds your residual income quickly.
* **Payout timing:** commissions are paid within 5 business days of client payment — no net-60 waiting games.
* **Clawback policy:** if a client cancels and receives a full refund within their first 30 days, the commission on that deal is clawed back. After 30 days, your commission is protected — no further clawbacks apply.

## The Sales Process (How We Win)

You won't be guessing. Our proven process is:

1. **Outreach** — use the monthly lead lists and your own creativity to engage ideal customers
2. **Discovery** — a 30-minute consultative call to diagnose pain points
3. **Proposal** — we build a custom quote using our pricing engine
4. **Closing** — you lead the negotiation and secure the signed contract
5. **Handoff** — we onboard the client while you collect your commission and move to the next deal

## Territories & Exclusivity

* You'll be assigned a dedicated vertical or geographic territory to prevent rep-on-rep competition
* Inbound leads that come through our website for your territory route directly to you and count toward your commissions

## Requirements

* 2+ years of proven B2B sales experience (marketing agency or local service sales experience is a strong plus)
* Own a reliable laptop and high-speed internet
* Comfortable logging activities and managing a pipeline in a CRM
* Self-starter with genuine enthusiasm for outbound prospecting — you don't wait for the phone to ring
