What You'll Be Doing

As a supervisor, you'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly while supporting and developing your team. Responsibilities include:

• Leading and supporting daily operations
• Training, coaching, and motivating employees
• Conducting quality inspections and ensuring standards are met
• Managing supplies, inventory, and equipment
• Monitoring labor hours and productivity
• Assisting with cleaning duties when needed
• Resolving customer concerns professionally
• Communicating schedules, updates, and company expectations
• Running daily team meetings and collaborating with management
• Identifying employees ready for advancement
• Finding ways to improve efficiency and team performance

What We're Looking For

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment

- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

- Prior supervisory experience preferred

- Stable work history

- Experience managing labor hours and inventory is a plus
