This role requires a balance of strategic oversight and technical expertise to deliver exceptional fleet performance and customer satisfaction.Job DescriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesSupport of installed base including activities such as customer issue resolution, fleet issues, service bulletin implementation, Monitoring & Diagnostics, fleet configuration. Maintenance of fleet data, outage management.Includes direct people management responsibility including staffing and performance development. Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking and technical experience to execute policy/strategy.Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the marketUses some judgment and has some ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated manufacturing processes with technical variety and/or interdependent production cycles. Uses technical experience and analytical thinking. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams to arrive at decisions.Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements. Explains information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field. Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 7 years of engineering experience).Minimum of 3 years of engineering experienceDesired CharacteristicsStrong analytical skills to interpret performance data and identify trends in reliability, availability, and maintenance.Proficiency in fleet management systems and tools for tracking engine/product performance.Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance in aerospace operations.Problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges and optimize fleet performance.Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present technical findings to stakeholders.Team leadership abilities to guide and mentor engineers and technicians.Customer-focused mindset to ensure solutions align with client needs and expectations.The base pay range for this position is $105,600 - $130,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/commission based on the plan.
