Customer Service Rep

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for our valued clients. In this role, you will manage high-volume phone inquiries, deliver tailored account support, and ensure a seamless service experience through effective problem-solving. Experience with collections is a plus. salary: $19 - $20 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: High School Responsibilities Assist customers over the phone regarding accounts, payments, products, and services while delivering professional, friendly support. Explain rental agreements, payment options, and account status to help customers fully understand their options. Process payments, account updates, and service requests with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Document all customer interactions and account details in the internal system to maintain precise records. Collaborate with team members and adhere to company policies to meet quality and performance standards in a fast-paced environment.
