Business Development Analyst

Supporting the Business Development team in a full-time remote capacity, the Business Development Operations Analyst will manage operational activities, coordinate partner onboarding, and oversee contracting workflows to ensure efficient execution of processes and accurate data management. Key responsibilities Manage day-to-day operational activities for the Business Development team, ensuring timely completion of partner requests and internal workflows Coordinate partner onboarding activities across multiple departments and escalate risks or blockers as necessary Support commission and incentive payment processes, including calculations, approvals, and reporting Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in business operations, sales operations, or a related field Experience working with CRM platforms, preferably Monday.com, and maintaining data quality Strong spreadsheet skills and proficiency with business productivity tools Demonstrated ability to manage established processes and operational workstreams independently Proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and take ownership of execution
