Were looking for upbeat, reliable Team Members to join our crew. Positions may include working at the coffee bar , register , & snowball stand . Youll help prepare and serve drinks and snoballs, greet guests, handle orders, and keep your station clean and stocked.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, stays calm under pressure, and takes pride in doing things right. Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a friendly attitude and take orders accurately
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, or snowballs depending on location
- Handle cash and electronic payments responsibly
- Keep all areas clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Assist teammates during busy times to ensure smooth operations
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and company procedures
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable and punctual with good communication skills
- Able to stand for long periods and work in warm or outdoor environments
- Must be at least 16 years old (work permit required for minors)
Compensation: Hourly pay + tips + employee discounts Benefits/Perks
