Project Manager We are representing a reputable general contractor seeking a driven Project Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of commercial and multifamily projects. Key Responsibilities Manage all phases of construction projects from award through closeout Oversee project financial performance including budgets, cost codes, and invoices Collaborate with Superintendents to build and maintain project schedules Negotiate subcontracts and ensure compliance with scopes, specifications, and contracts Build and maintain relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners Supervise, train, and mentor project engineers and coordinators Lead documentation processes including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and quality control Coordinate inspections, testing, and project closeout activities including as‑builts, warranties, and O&M manuals Qualifications Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience 3+ years of project management experience with a proven record of delivering commercial projects Multifamily construction project experience preferred Strong understanding of estimating, scheduling, contract law, and construction methods Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with MS Project, Procore, or similar tools Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills Preferred Skills & Certifications Experience with Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare, Multifamily, Mixed‑Use, Senior Housing, or Affordable Housing projects LEED AP, CCM, or PMP certification Compensation + Benefits Competitive salary with performance bonus opportunities Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) retirement plan with company match Professional development support for certifications and training Paid time off, holidays, and team‑building events #J-18808-Ljbffr RimePro Inc
