If you thrive in a lively environment, enjoy working with automotive diagnostics, and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, this is the perfect opportunity for you to accelerate your career in auto service management.Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to understand their vehicle concerns and service needsPrepare detailed estimates using automotive estimating software, including labor, parts, and additional services such as oil changes, brake repairs, alignments, suspension work, tire services, diesel engine repairs, shocks & struts, air brake systems, and collision repairsCommunicate clearly with technicians regarding vehicle diagnostics and repair requirements to ensure accurate service writingUpsell additional services and maintenance packages by highlighting benefits aligned with customer needs and vehicle safetyManage client communication throughout the repair process, providing updates and explaining repair options in an understandable mannerHandle cash transactions accurately while maintaining proper documentation of all service orders and client interactionsUtilize auto service management systems to track repairs, generate invoices, and maintain detailed records of customer historyProven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor/Writer or similar role within a dealership or automotive repair shopStrong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in automotive diagnostics, transmissions, oil changes, auto body repair, tire service, suspension systems, brakes, shocks & struts, diesel engines, and other automotive repairsProficiency with estimating software and computer-aided vehicle damage estimating toolsExcellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionallyDealership experience is highly preferred; familiarity with auto estimating and collision repair processes is a plusAbility to upsell services effectively while maintaining integrity and customer trustValid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience in automobile sales is advantageousMechanical experience or background as a service technician enhances understanding of vehicle repairs and client needsJoin us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional automotive care!
