What You’ll Do

As part of our team, you will:

• Handle employment litigation matters from pre-litigation through resolution
• Draft demand letters, complaints, motions, oppositions, and mediation briefs
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategy
• Take and defend depositions
• Manage discovery and law-and-motion practice
• Prepare cases for trial and participate in trial proceedings
• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and witnesses

We entrust attorneys with substantive responsibility early, including strategic input, deposition work, direct client communication, and trial preparation.

Qualifications

Required:

• Active membership in the California Bar
• Strong legal research and writing abilities
• Excellent organizational and case management skills
• Ability to independently manage deadlines and responsibilities
• Sound professional judgment and attention to detail

Preferred:

• Experience with California employment law
• Experience with civil litigation and California civil procedure
