Our client, a leading global private equity firm, is seeking an HRIS Associate to support and optimize its Human Capital technology ecosystem, with a primary focus on Workday HCM and Greenhouse Recruiting . This individual will play a critical role in ensuring HR systems are effectively leveraged to support talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, reporting, compliance, and strategic workforce initiatives across a global organization.

The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise in Human Resources operations and hands-on experience administering, configuring, and enhancing Workday HCM and Greenhouse Recruiting . This role offers significant exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to help drive process improvements, automation, and HR technology innovation.

Key Responsibilities

\n

Workday HCM

\n

\n
• Serve as a key HRIS resource supporting the Global Human Capital team across core Workday business processes.
\n
• Administer and maintain Workday modules, including Absence Management, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Talent, Learning, Security, Reporting, and Integrations.
\n
• Support annual initiatives such as Benefits Open Enrollment and Performance Management cycles.
\n
• Develop advanced reporting, dashboards, and workforce analytics for business leaders and senior management.
\n
• Partner with HR, Technology, Compliance, and Finance teams on system enhancements, projects, and data requests.
\n
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integrations and workflows.
\n
• Manage security roles and conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.
\n
• Coordinate regression testing and deployment activities related to Workday releases.
\n
• Identify opportunities to improve system functionality, user experience, and operational efficiency.
\n
• Stay current on emerging HR technologies, including Workday AI capabilities and best practices.

Greenhouse Recruiting

\n

\n
• Act as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for Greenhouse Recruiting.
\n
• Support recruiting teams across the U.S., EMEA, and APAC regions.
\n
• Configure and optimize recruiting workflows, scorecards, custom fields, and system integrations.
\n
• Drive system enhancements that improve recruiting efficiency, candidate experience, and reporting capabilities.
\n
• Develop dashboards and analytics to monitor recruiting performance and key hiring metrics.
\n
• Ensure compliance with applicable data privacy regulations and recruitment governance requirements.
\n
• Evaluate and implement new Greenhouse features and AI-driven recruiting capabilities.
\n
• Partner closely with recruiting stakeholders to align technology solutions with hiring objectives.
\n

Qualifications

\n

\n
• 3-5 years of HRIS experience with strong expertise in Workday HCM , including Business Process Configuration, Reporting, Security, Integrations, and EIBs.
\n
• Experience administering Greenhouse Recruiting , including workflow configuration and integrations.
\n
• Strong understanding of Human Resources operations, talent acquisition processes, and HR best practices.
\n
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
\n
• Experience leveraging data analytics to drive informed business decisions.
\n
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
\n
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, professionalism, and integrity.

Experience supporting a fast-paced financial services, investment management, private equity, or professional services environment is highly desirable.
