System Design Analyst II-Clinical Systems- HYBRID

AbbVie seeks a System Design Analyst II for clinical systems to lead design and delivery of electronic data capture and related trial systems. The role involves establishing design standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating across functional teams in a hybrid North Chicago position.
Responsibilities
- Develop common data standards and ensure systems designs comply with protocol requirements
- Establish and maintain design methodology benchmarked against industry standards
- Manage on-time design and delivery of clinical systems, integrations, and system changes
- Coach and mentor team members while leading process improvement initiatives
- Ensure adherence to federal regulations, GCPs, ICH Guidelines, and AbbVie SOPs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, management information systems, computer science, or life sciences
- 5+ years hands-on technical study build experience in EDC systems
- Medidata RAVE technical study build experience required
- In-depth knowledge of CDASH and SDTM standards
- Demonstrated ability to influence others without direct authority
- Effective communication and analytical skills
