Assembly Operator

Assembly OperatorSeeking reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Operators to join our manufacturing team in Oceanside, CA. The Assembly Operator will be responsible for performing hands-on assembly of precision components while following established work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a team-oriented manufacturing environment, has strong attention to detail, and takes pride in producing quality products.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesPerform assembly operations of small precision components and products according to work instructions.Use basic hand tools and equipment to complete assembly tasks.Inspect parts and finished assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards.Follow detailed manufacturing procedures, drawings, and visual work instructions.Perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.Identify and report quality issues or defects to the appropriate team member.Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety guidelines.Meet production goals while maintaining high-quality standards.Work collaboratively with team members and support daily manufacturing operations.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, or warehouse experience preferred.Ability to work with small parts and perform detailed work.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Preferred SkillsExperience using hand tools.Experience in precision assembly or manufacturing environments.Ability to read basic work instructions, drawings, or specifications.Previous experience working in a quality-focused manufacturing environment.Benefits PEAK's benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Dependent Care Savings Account (DCA), and 401K plan.
