Payroll AdministratorThe Payroll Administrator is responsible for administering payroll operations across the Cavalier Resort Campus, ensuring accurate, compliant and timely payroll processing for multiple hospitality entities and employee populations.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesProcess biweekly payroll across multiple locationsAudit payroll, timekeeping, PTO, and deductions.Serve as Workday and timekeeping subject matter expert.Train managers on payroll compliance and timekeeping processes.Analyze payroll variances, overtime and labor trends.Resolve employee payroll inquiries while maintaining confidentiality.Identify and implement payroll process improvements.Performs any other job-related duties as assigned.Education and ExperienceKnowledge of Federal and State wage & hour and tax laws.Minimum of 2 years' experience in payroll processing.Workday experienceKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office products and advanced Excel skills.Excellent customer service skills.Sharp analytical skills with the ability to identify "why"Ability to comfortably speak in front of others.Self-driven with a high level of attention to detail.Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays.BenefitsHEI Hotels and Resorts is committed to providing a comprehensive benefit program that offers you choices for your physical, mental and financial wellness, creating value in your most important investment - you!
