The Billing Specialist plays a key role within a small team, reporting to the Inspection and Service Manager. This position focuses on accurate invoicing, generating detailed reports for compliance purposes, and maintaining the billing portal with a strong attention to detail. The role requires minimal travel and involves working with automated billing systems to support efficient billing processes.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and send invoices promptly and accurately
- Generate and distribute compliance reports to engines, cities, and customers
- Manage and update the billing portal to ensure current information
- Maintain accurate billing and payment records
- Use automated billing systems to streamline billing operations
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in billing and invoicing
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in invoicing and data entry
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
