Production Worker

1st Shift Production WorkerOur client is looking for a dependable and motivated Production Worker for a well-established custom manufacturing company in the Rockford area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team that values quality craftsmanship, safety, and reliability. Hours for this job are M-F 6:30AM-3PM and pay is $18-$23 BOE.Job ResponsibilitiesAssemble and manufacture custom wood products according to specifications.Operate a variety of hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely.Measure, cut, sand, and finish materials with attention to detail.Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, or production drawings.Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Follow all company safety policies and procedures.Assist with packaging, staging, and other production duties as assigned.Job QualificationsPrevious manufacturing, production, woodworking, cabinet making, or millwork experience is preferred but not required.Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds alone and 75-100lbs with a helper.Dependable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude.Willingness to learn and grow within the company.*This job is dependent on a background check and drug screen.*A191
