Facilities Maintenance Manager

Our Client is one of the nation’s largest and most respected fuel distributors whose success is due to their expertise, dedication to excellence, customer service, and growing market presence. Compensation Competitive, Based on Experience Location Kentucky Responsibilities Lead a team of project managers, coordinators and technicians Responsible for the urgent and preventive maintenance of HVAC, refrigeration, food service, plumbing, building, parking surfaces, and fuel distribution systems. Assist with procurement and maintain vendor relationships for outsourced services, parts, and supplies. Establish and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment, including performing regular safety audits. Oversee repairs resulting from storage tank testing failures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. integration lead, ensuring locations are seamlessly integrated into the company’s network. Develop analysis and reports to determine and present cost savings, new hire business cases, and strategies for process optimization. Prepare, summarize, and present annual Repair and Maintenance budgets, plans, and activities. Requirements Five years of facility maintenance experience Excellent leadership, planning and organizational skills Experience in fueling systems and point of sale is a plus, but not required Ability to multi-task and take ownership of simultaneous small, medium, and large-scale projects.
