Retail Store Manager

We’re seeking a Store Manager to lead associates, assist customers, and drive store sales. Responsibilities Manage and oversee all aspects of business operations to maximize sales and profitability. Oversee and delegate daily store activities for smooth operations. Lead, train, and develop store associates, fostering a culture of growth. Provide every customer with a positive and enjoyable shopping experience. Safeguard the company’s assets. Build strong community relationships through outreach and partnerships. Ensure full compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and procedures. Implement operational and merchandising direction communicated from corporate headquarters. May be required to obtain alcohol or tobacco sales license as mandated by local jurisdiction. Skills and Experience High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Strong focus on results and ability to build strong relationships with team members. Excellent communication skills. Retail management experience preferred. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. (occasionally 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height. Capacity for frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
