E-commerce Operations Associate

This role focuses on supporting daily e-commerce operations, maintaining product listings, monitoring online store performance, coordinating inventory updates, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless customer shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update online product listings

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Retail Management, or a related field preferred
• 0–2 years of experience in retail, customer service, operations, administration, or related roles
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic e-commerce platforms
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
