In this full-cycle, field-based role, you’ll connect with homeowners, learn about their needs, present solutions, and guide customers through the sales process from the first conversation to the signed agreement.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with homeowners in assigned communities and introduce Triangle Improvements.

• Start professional, engaging conversations and build rapport quickly.

• Ask questions to understand customer needs and identify opportunities.

• Explain our products and services and communicate their value.

• Guide customers through the full sales process, from initial contact to closing.

• Present proposals and help customers make informed decisions.

• Address questions and concerns professionally.

• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain an organized pipeline.

• Manage your daily schedule and activity independently.

• Travel throughout your assigned territory to meet with customers.

• Work toward individual sales goals while providing a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older .

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Valid driver's license required.

• Personal vehicle required.

• Smartphone with cellular data required.

• Reliable home internet access required.

• Comfortable traveling throughout an assigned territory.

• Comfortable working in a field-based, customer-facing environment.

• Ability to perform the physical activities required for the position.

• Previous sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or canvassing experience is a plus, but not required .

Compensation

Commission-Only | Performance-Based

Your earnings are directly tied to your sales results.

• Typical earning potential: $1,445–$4,000+ per week for successful representatives
