CRISIS INTERVENTION SPECIALIST

About this position Children’s Mobile Response and Stabilization Services – full time position available. Dynamic team member needed to provide in-home intervention and de-escalation for children/families throughout Ocean County, along with follow-up stabilization and case management. Requires excellent computer and time management skills, plus understanding of crisis dynamics. Experience with children a plus. Position details Job Title: Crisis Intervention Specialist Program: Children's Mobile Response Location: Toms River main office Position Type: Full Time Salary (Bachelor’s level): $53,000.00 Salary (Master’s level): $58,000.00 Evening hours required. Bilingual Spanish speaking a plus. Clinical Licensure Supervision Provided. Responsibilities Provide in-home intervention and de-escalation for children and families in Ocean County. Conduct follow-up stabilization and case management. Utilize crisis intervention techniques and maintain accurate documentation. Coordinate with multidisciplinary team to support client needs. Qualifications Education: Master’s Degree plus 1 year of experience, or Bachelor’s Degree plus 1 year of experience. Competencies: Proficient in written and oral communication. Valid New Jersey driver’s license in good standing.
