Associate Campaign Manager

Payrate $35.00 - $40.00/hr. Summary The candidate will support paid media channel execution and optimization for the B2B supply marketing business. The role will help manage weekly performance monitoring, campaign delivery, reporting inputs, and tactical optimization across priority paid media channels. This is a hybrid role based in Chicago, requiring onsite presence three times per week. Responsibilities Support day-to-day execution and optimization across paid media channels including Google SEM, Bing, Meta, PMax / Demand Gen, and other active publishers as needed. Pull, organize, and validate weekly platform performance data to support team reporting and decision-making. Monitor delivery, spend, clicks, CPC, conversions, and related performance indicators, and flag notable week-over-week changes. Partner with internal strategy leads, agency partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to troubleshoot campaign issues and keep launches and optimizations on track. Investigate campaign delivery gaps, pacing issues, market-level performance changes, and channel-specific performance questions. Help maintain reporting consistency across platform data, Skai exports when available, and business reporting inputs. Support campaign QA, status tracking, and follow-through on tactical asks tied to channel performance and portfolio priorities. Contribute to recurring performance updates with clear summaries of what changed, what needs attention, and where follow-up is required. Qualifications 4-6 years of experience in paid media channel management. Strong analytical skills and comfort working in performance marketing platforms and reporting files. Ability to coordinate effectively with both internal partners and external agencies. Skills Hands-on experience with Google SEM, Bing, Meta, PMax / Demand Gen, and other paid media platforms. Experience with data organization and validation for reporting purposes. Proficiency in identifying and addressing performance changes and campaign delivery issues. Pay Transparency The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $35.00 - $40.00/hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
