We're seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Manager to elevate our hotel's brand, drive revenue growth, and create unforgettable guest experiences. Working closely with the Director of Sales and General Manager, you'll lead all marketing, communications, digital, and public relations efforts while shaping the hotel's presence in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that increase awareness, engagement, and revenue.

• Serve as the hotel's brand champion, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and guest touchpoints.

• Lead content creation, including social media, digital advertising, email campaigns, photography, and video.

• Manage the hotel's website, online reputation, social media presence, and local listings.

• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Management, Operations, and Corporate Marketing to support business goals.

• Build strong relationships with media, tourism partners, local organizations, and community leaders.

• Execute PR initiatives, influencer partnerships, events, and promotions that strengthen brand visibility.

• Monitor marketing performance, manage budgets, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

• Stay ahead of hospitality trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to enhance the guest experience.
