**Required Certifications:** - Current RN licensure with Missouri State Board of Nursing or current RN Missouri temporary work permit - ACLS - BLS **Years of Experience:** - 2+ years **Float Requirements:** - Med Surg, and Tele **Must Have Skills/Experience:** - Must have a current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within their probation period. - Must have a current ACLS card or complete an ACLS course in 12 months - Critical Care - Post Stroke - Titrating Cardiac Drips (Nitro, Cardizem, Amio, Esmolol) - Bipaps - Utilizing Airvos and the ability to recognize a deteriorating patient - Ventilated compressors **Preferred Skillset/Experience:** - Medical Calculation Test **Type of Patients on Unit:** - Medical - Basic Cardiac - Neuro **Personality Fit:** - Self-starter - Team work focused
