• Required Certifications: Current RN licensure with Missouri State Board of Nursing or current RN Missouri temporary work permit, ACLS, BLS
• Years of Experience: 2+ years
• Float Requirements: Med Surg, and Tele
Unit Information:
• Number of Beds: 19
• Patient Ratios: Avg 2/3:1
• Equipment: N/A
• EMR: EPIC
Hiring Profile:
• Must Have Skills/Experience: Must have a current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within their probation period. Must have a current ACLS card or complete an ACLS course in 12 months, Critical Care, Post Stroke, Titrating Cardiac Drips (Nitro, Cardizem, Amio, Esmolol), Bipaps, utilizing Airvos and the ability to recognize a deteriorating patient, ventilated compressors
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: Medical Calculation Test
• Type of Patients on Unit: Medical, Basic Cardiac, and Neuro
• Personality Fit: Self-starter, team work focused
