Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Victoria Crossing Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing team. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality resident care in a supportive, team-oriented environment, we invite you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and healthcare providers
- Monitor, assess, and document residents' health status, responding promptly to any changes
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and update resident care plans
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation
- Promote a positive, respectful, and supportive environment for residents and their families
Requirements
- Current and valid Florida LPN license
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-based environment
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
