This company is known for its commitment to customer satisfaction and has a strong reputation in the industry. Shift of the Customer Service Representative: There are 2 openings for this position. Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pay Rate/Salary of the Customer Service Representative: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative: Answer incoming customer calls and emails in a timely, professional manner De-escalate calls and resolve customer complaints effectively and empathetically Provide updates on repair status, shipping details, and order information Work collaboratively with internal departments to resolve customer concerns Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service issues Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative: High school diploma or equivalent (required); Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or technical environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure or escalated situations Excellent time management and organizational skills #J-18808-Ljbffr The DAVIS Companies
