What You'll Do

As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you will play an important role in creating a positive experience while supporting the daily operations of our dealership.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct inbound calls professionally while providing exceptional customer service.
• Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update contact information in company systems.
• Complete required documentation and process transactions accurately.
• Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Previous call center experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
