Events Assistant

Job Description As an Events Assistant, you will support the coordination and execution of a variety of corporate, promotional, and community events. You will work closely with the events team to ensure every project is organized, efficient, and delivered to the highest standards. Responsibilities Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of events from start to finish. Coordinate event logistics, schedules, and timelines. Communicate with vendors, venues, and event partners. Support event setup, on-site operations, and post-event activities. Track project progress and maintain event documentation. Prepare materials, presentations, and event resources. Help manage guest registrations and attendee communications. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful event delivery. Monitor event budgets and assist with administrative tasks. Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
