Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish)

We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish) to join our growing team. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with competitive pay and the potential to transition to a remote work environment after 90 days. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, tech-savvy, and able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish while providing exceptional customer support.

Pay Rate: $19.00/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday with possible Saturdays. Remote work available after successful completion of the 90-day onsite training period.

Duties:

• Provide professional customer service and support via phone and other communication channels.
• Assist customers by answering questions, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information.
• Document customer interactions accurately within company systems.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Meet productivity, attendance, and quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members and management to ensure a positive customer experience.

Position Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Desktop or laptop running Windows 11 or higher.
• Intel or AMD processor with 4+ cores (ARM processors not supported).
• Minimum 8 GB RAM.
• Current security updates installed.
• Active antivirus/anti-malware software and firewall required.
• Working camera required.
• Ability to use a company-provided wired USB headset.
• Reliable internet connection: Wired Ethernet preferred. Requirements: AWS WorkSpaces: 6 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload. Non-WorkSpaces: 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload. Proof of internet speed test required.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $19.00 - $19.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
