This fully remote role offers the opportunity to work with a high-performing team focused on helping clients convert future payments into immediate lump sum cash while building a lucrative inside sales career with uncapped earning potential.Benefits & CompensationBase salary of $60,000 to $75,000 based on experience plus uncapped commissionTop performers earn $200,000 to $300,000 or more annuallyComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with 3 percent company match15 days PTO accrued from day one, usable after 90 daysAll tools and technology provided to support successRequirements & QualificationsMinimum 2 years of inside sales experience in the specialty finance sector, structured settlement or annuity purchasing experience is requiredProven success handling high volume outbound calling, typically 100 to 150 cold calls per dayStrong understanding of key inside sales performance metrics such as funded deal count, conversion rate, revenue generated, average case size, and speed to fundingPreferred Background & SkillsPrior experience working at structured settlement purchasing firmsAdvanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Five9 dialer or similar sales engagement platformsStrong communication, follow up, and consultative selling skillsDay to Day ResponsibilitiesConduct high volume outbound calls to prospective and existing clients using CRM and dialer toolsGuide clients through converting structured settlements or annuity payments into immediate lump sumsFollow up consistently on leads and drive deals through to completionMaintain accurate client data and pipeline activity within SalesforceAchieve or exceed KPIs related to call volume, conversion rates, funded deals, and revenueCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation, filings, and an excellent customer experienceTake your inside sales career to new heights with a team focused on growth, recognition, and exceptional earning opportunity.
